Il Fiorile is managed by Massimo and Emanuela who, in the small village of Castel Ratti, in the municipality of Borghetto di Borbera, have decided to build their house and, close to it, their business.
Il Fiorile is the result of an ancient passion for cooking and hospitality, where the care for the quality of the products is particularly felt and the passion for the Val Borbera transmitted through good food and the warm hospitality of the ancient peasant houses of this land.
In the kitchen, Chef Massimo prepares traditional Val Borbera dishes revisited in a modern way for his guests. Emanuela manages the three-star hospitality service, pampering and taking care of all those who want to discover this land rich in history, culture and nature.

Where we are
We are in a small hamlet of Borghetto Borbera, in the heart of the Val Borbera, on the border between Piedmont and Liguria.
We are five minutes from the Vignole Borbera motorway exit and ten minutes from the Serravalle Scrivia Outlet.
Reaching us is easy, just follow the SP 140 from Serravalle then enter Borghetto Borbera and cross the bridge over the Borbera to reach Castel dè Ratti.
