Bearing
in mind the saying "Self praise is no recommendation"
I have decided to leave the duty of describing my restaurant to
a faithful client: Cristiana Boido.

A
refined charm, the spell of ancient simplicity: in a renovated hay
barn which has conserved its original style, Emanuela and
Massimo have created "Il Fiorile", cosy restaurant
reflecting times gone by, warmed by the happy atmosphere of old
country houses and by an attentive and cordial hospitality. Il Fiorile:
a garden emerging out of the piedmontese hills, which welcomes the
summer visitors, in the delicate shade of the orchard, a lovely
dining room on the first floor, opening onto the hills and warmed
by the wooden stove, which in winter crackles and hums, quietly
preparing the diner to the pleasures of food and wine.

The
cuisine rediscovers typical
recipes interpreting them in an up-dated presentation, after the
research of basic ingredients of first class selection; the home-made
pasta, the piedmontese meats, the salame and cheeses
DOP, italian and foreign; the legumes handled and cooked with
delicacy and taste; which unite the genuine traditions of the Lower
Piedmont with constant matching and combining in exciting ways,
where the perfect balance between taste and truth is discovered.
Il Fiorile is a chord in which the high notes and the lower notes
vibrate together in harmonious simplicity: you can meet our mists
but also the fruits of the sunshine, the rounded forms of our hills
like the breeze of the woods, the best of our valleys, the antique
flowering of the seasons placed before an attentive public, knowledgeable
and caring.
