Il Fiorile Restaurant has an inside Dining Room and an outside summer dining area equipped with bar and Childrens Playground.
Chef Massimo Martina rediscovers typical traditional dishes and reinterprets them in a modern key, searching to use prime quality basic ingredients such as pasta made by hand, selected Piedmont meats, local types of salame and DOP cheeses of both Italian and French origin.
Indicated in the Guide Michelin Bib Gourmand, Il Fiorile also proposes a gluten-free menu, and a menu covering other alimentary intolerances.
Open every evening, subject to prior booking, and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Restaurant is closed Sunday evening and all day Monday.
